The rugged Icelandic landscape in its rawness and its coldness perfectly matches the warming natural tones of the beige and reddish color of the facades. Such an urban development wins the viewer over with its warming touch, the interior of the café is soft and full of warmth, and the interior spaces directly invite the inhabitants of the new district inside, but also the attractive design of the public spaces provides countless activities for all ages. The design was awarded 2nd place!
