New development in Prague by Skanska Reality. Cukrovar Modřany is the first residential district in the Czech Republic that takes perfect care of water, greenery and living culture. It is situated on the site of a former sugar factory. The greatest benefit was created by nature itself - the view towards the lazily flowing river lined with trees never gets old. The project also includes the revitalization of the waterfront.
