Master plan for easten part of Taasjärvi lake area in Sipoo, Finland.

Area has old buildings mainly in the shore but otherwise is at the moment forest. The new neighbourhood will be private and small housing. Idea is to preserve as much as possible original vegetation. In addition to the master plan architects have made a building code for future landowners to guide their housing projects.
